Cybercrime costs SA companies R5.8bn

Losses due to cybercrime in 2014 are estimated to have cost South African companies around R5.8 billion, explained Candice Sutherland, business development consultant at specialist underwriter, SHA. Sutherland added that it takes on average 200 days for an organisation to identify an online security breach.
