Market Notice to SHA Intermediaries
A strategic decision was taken earlier this year to move SHA’s motor claims administration to Santam from 1 April 2016.
Through feedback from – and representations by our intermediaries and clients, it has become clear that they prefer to deal directly on their claims issues. As a company we believe in offering exceptional customer service experience and we are pleased to announce that as of 1 November 2016, SHA’s motor claims administration will again be handled in-house by SHA staff. Here is a summary of what this entails:
- All motor claims registered until 31 October 2016, will be administered by Santam as part of the run off. The current motor claims process will apply during the run off. If you require any assistance, please contact Susan Clark on (011) 731 3689 or email@example.com
- All motor claims (including trucks) registered from 1 November 2016 must be notified to the following SHA claims staff:
